School News


Our students continue to work hard on their acts of kindness. The student council will be preparing links for our students to write on. The links will have the “acts of kindness” listed and linked together. These “Acts of Kindness” chains will be displayed throughout our building.

There is a 5th/6th grade Band Concert on Tuesday, May 19th. Students should be at PRJH by 5:30. The performance begins at 6:30 p.m.

May 20th is the 5th grade Symphony Festival at PRE.

The Lion’s Health Screening Van will be screening students on May 21st.

The Water Festival for 5th grade is May 21st.

This year’s Spring Fling is a Pirate Theme. Please join us on Thursday, May 21st from 5-7 p.m.

(Tar and) “Feather the Pirate Parrot” Reading Challenge through May 21st. Students who complete 3 small books or 1 large book will be given a “feather” to cover the parrot. Argh Matey…get to reading!

Thank you to the many volunteers who have continued to help our students “Strive for Greatness” this year. We appreciate all that you do for Idaho Hill.

No school for students on Friday, May 22nd – Teacher in-service day.

No school on May 25th in honor of Memorial Day.
