MARCH DAYS
Friday, March 10 & March 24 is Early Release.
Students will be dismissed at 1:00 p.m.

Friday, March 31 - NO SCHOOL - Staff Work Day

WEEKLY READING LOGS
Reading Logs are due on Friday each week, no late logs are accepted. If your student misplaced the log, you can always send a note on a scratch paper. If your student is absent on the last day of the week, turn in their log on the first day they are back the following week. 
SILVERWOOD Read 2 Ride reading logs due 3/30/23. Your student will track 10 reading hours on paper reading logs. Once your student has read 10 hours, the parent must sign the bottom of their reading log and return to their teacher. Extra Read 2 Ride reading logs are available in the school office.
IDH STUDENT COUNCIL SERVICE PROJECT Donate your gently used item for the Priest River Women's Shelter. Clothing for 2T, 4, 5, 6, and 14-16 boys/girls. Blankets and pillows, diapers, and cash donations. Items can be delivered through Friday, March 17th.


Early release days the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month.
School will dismiss at 
1 p.m. on Early Release Friday's.


School begins at 7:45 a.m. - tardy bell rings at 7:50 a.m.
Office door will open at 7:15 a.m. (classrooms will open at 7:30 a.m.)
Dismissal times:  2:35 bus riders2:40 parent pick up2:45 walkers



Breakfast & Lunch will NOT be free this year.  You may access the on line lunch application in our quick links tab. You will get a paper "Free/Reduced lunch application" with the beginning of the year paperwork. Full price lunch will be $3.20 and Breakfast $1.50. Reduced lunch is $.40 and breakfast $.30.

Transportation
Please notify the office of any transportation changes for your student. For bus information, please call the Bus Garage at 208-448-2451 and leave a message if no one answers. They will return your call.

We will be using our Raptor security system. Please have your ID available to be scanned at the office. We only need to do scan your ID once this year.


READ ACROSS AMERICA
Free book give-a-way for all students. The students enjoyed the Mystery Readers who came to their classes.

Idaho Hill Elementary will be continuing educational packets until April 17th.  Wednesday, April 8th, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, parents are asked to return completed student packets and pick up new packets.  Drive by stations will be set up in the bus loading lane for your safety.  See you on Wednesday
